In my country they use social media to get traffic for their nail technician jobs. Most of them work from home, all they do is buy nail equipment and operate from home. They start of by giving a few people free nail jobs and taking pictures and using them to show off thier work on social media

Yeah advertising online is very good as people will get to know about the business.
There are three ways to go about this the way i see it. Either you get your tools and start hawking to find customers to fix their nails, or you rent a store or you can simply meet a hairdresser or one of these store owners to make use of a small spot to do your business, while you give them something from your gain
Just get the tools box and get a table to display your tools by the roadside. Get two chairs and in a matter of time, you would start having clients. Young ladies are the target market.
