There is no course I can study that would put me on a path to get that kind of job? I know I need to have excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate to be suited for this kind of career.

I am not sure though but i think there are courses you need to Study before you can be qualified to apply for these jobs. Most airport prefer to hire does who have a diploma or degree in hospitality.
