How do movies get translated to a different language?

I dont think i would like the job so much, Transcribing is already a boring job imagine having to match your voice on a voice over, still i would like to see how they actually do it.

Yes. Of course. A diploma course or something like that will definitely be there.

i doubt you need qualifications. the internet has really developed. there are a lot of skills you can learn by being trained by online work providers. As soon as you pass the training you will be given work to do. For example, now there are sites that accept tutors with no teaching qualifications. You can also be a translator, a transcribe etc with no education whatsoever, just go through training and you are good to go.
