How do you avoid giving the wrong change to your customers in the business ?

Business persons can occasionally give wrong change to the customers. This is normal as human is to error. However this can cost the business badly especially when they give more change than the expected to them.
However they can initiate policies on the business like using Mobile banking as means of payment on the business.

I also think that e-payment will prevent this concern. In fact, the government in my country is encouraging people to do cashless payment now. Some people do this now but others are still in having cash on hands and use them to pay certain things physically.

Like you said it's normal, this thing happens most times ether when we are extremely tired, or our minds are simply not there at the moment. The best thing to do is try your best to always be focus.

Yeah, using mobile banking is actually better , some do use the card payment method as that seem very faster using the point of sale machine for payment especially in big and sometimes small organization.
