A business owner can build trust with members of his or her team by demonstrating competence at all times. Such show of competence is bound to lead team members to view a business owner as someone thy can trust at all times.
He needs to show that he is capable of the work that he has been so I do and he also needs to be able to act as a leader for all of them who are working under him

As a business owner, let your workers have confidence in you. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. And when your workers feels ctue confidence that you are there with them and can salvage them in terms of trouble. Trust is reciprocal. Have trust in them and let them similar in you.
