What's the remedy for a bad day. Some days are like this and you need to deal decisively with it to stay afloat. How do you deal with this?

I am trying do some work so it can go faster. Usually it don't help so I drink alcohol. Sometimes with friends or my brother but often alone since I don't like bother anybody with my problems.

It really depends on what caused the bad day as to what I ended up doing to deal with the bad day. Usually, I end up shutting off and not bothering anyone if it is a really bad day and sometimes I end up just shutting off in a video game as well.
