How do you deal with annoying situations

They are situations that comes up and gets us really angry. At this point it is advisable to handle the situation better to avoid escalation. How do you handle such?

I would calm down myself first. Getting angry or irritated won't help to solve the problem. Once I calm down, I would try to find ways to get the situation in control.

That's right there's always need to calm down when you are confronted with situations that isn't worth getting upset about again
