How do you deal with body ache

When I have minor ache in certain parts of the body, such as back pain, waist pain, I may try to put on pain killing patches or some Chinese medical oil to see if that helps. If no improvement, I'll go to see a doctor.

It depends, some body aches might be a sign of malaria, in such a case boiling pawpaw leaves and drinking it is a great natural remedy for malaria. In other cases you simply just need to rest.
