How do you deal with burnouts as an employee

In a business setup burnouts are bound to happen one way or another, either to the employees or to the staffs. As an employee how do you deal with burnouts? Especially in a situation where they hardly give you little to no time to rest or take a break. What steps would you take to reduce burnouts while working ?
I think a timetable of operations should be in any business premises so someone can cut down on burnouts.
Remember health and safety is really important

In normal office situations, there would be an hour lunchbreak and 15 minutes break in the morning and in the afternoon. That would have given the employee some time to rest and recharge. However, in some industries, employees render 8 hours of work with paid lunch breaks of 30 minutes. This is true for frontliners in restaurant business and other businesses that offer services with no noon breaks. The trick to avoid burn outs in such cases is to provide time for recreation and relaxing activities.

You can try to change things to make you work better, maybe by using better equipment and furniture, playing some music, moving around a bit to help you relax.

Making sure that you are going to provide a good working environment for a workers will also help them to be comfortable when they are working so they don't get burnout easily.

As an employee we should have ways to tackle this situation and whenever we feel we are burdened out or exhausted better to take an off day or go for a break

When I feel tired of working online then I take a break bur sadly I can't do that in the workplace then if I can I take a fresh breath of air
It is always very necessary for you to take break whenever you are tired and also to make sure that you take your break during the break session because your body need the rest.
