How do you deal with distractions in your life?

When I say distractions, I am taking about those things that hinder you from achieving your goals. Maybe you have set a goal to do some online work or you have a project to submit to work. But then that game on your phone, watching YouTube videos and movies distract you from doing what needs to be done. How do you deal with these distractions?
