Damaged products depend on the type of goods you buy, such as electronics or food. Electronic products will provide a warranty as a guarantee for the product. If the product you buy is damaged, it will be repaired free of charge. while for low-priced food products, such as sweetened condensed milk in cans etc. if the date has not expired but the food item is damaged you can complain in the consumer media and will get 10 times more compensation from the factory.

I ask for new one and return the faulty products because I don't want to take the stress related with these products, it's better to solve this problem on that place instead of waiting.

I would return the defective product and ask for a new one if it's under warranty. If the warranty is expired, I would ask for a quote on the repair cost to see if it is justified to repair or get a new one.

It's good to check the products first before buying to spending time going back to the store for a replacement. But I experienced no return policy.

If I received a faulty product, I contact the manufacturer or retailer to report the issue and ask for a replacement or refund. I Keep proof of purchase handy.

If I bought the defective product online, I will just keep it, but I will rate and leave a product review that will surely alert the seller/supplier.
