How do you deal with noisy neighbors?

I have some neighbors who are very noisy and it really annoys me a lot. I don’t want to tell them so it won’t look like I’m rude but how do you think I can approach them to tell them about it?

I need your opinions please?

I can actually tolerate with the noise that comes from party but it must not be all the time because there are times when you don’t want to do anything but rest

But if the noise is coming from the landlord how would you tackle that. My cousin is having this issue the landlord is a young guy that's got lucky as his dad passed on at a young age and he took over. He bring over his guys and pollute everywhere with noise

That's the best solution to stop your neighbors noisy mouths. We're so lucky we live in our compound no neighbors to disturb us.

That's right, report it to the police if their nuisance is frequent. It will be stressful and irritating.
