How do you deal with poke- nosing coworker

Yes, some poke nosing workers are just the lazy ones. A hard worker would not have the time to mind other people businesses. They have too much time in their hands

Those poke nosy people are trouble. makers too. Their styles are obsolete. They want attention to influence their bad conduct and wrong beliefs with the integrity of the business. They better be fired.

Definitely, they want others not to be hard working as they are not. But such cant influence me I just do my bit without looking at what the next person is doing

Simple avoid it. Also when you work tell them you need peace and be without distraction. If they keep distract you, you will file a complain. Then they will stop be near you and poke nose.
