How do you feel about sharing ideas in a business meeting?

There are some people who always come up with good ideas and we have to respect that.

I do agree with that matter. They can do have brilliant ideas, but still need to validate if the ideas are feasible. There are time that conducting research or provides proofs can make no questions about the ideas.

It s good to share ideas during a meeting. It is not good to be a member of the silent committee. Our ideas might be accepted by the many. It is a big challenge.

To be honest, i have never really had the opportunity to share ideas in a business meeting. This is because the kind of work i do online does not permit me to do so.
