How do you feel when your neighbors don’t buy from you?

There are a lot of my neighbors who don’t buy from me. I asked other business people and they told me that they are experiencing the same thing.

I always feel bad about it but there is nothing I can do. Well, I’m glad I’ve got customers.

That's an entitlement mindset. Your neighbours must not buy from you simply because they are your neighbours. Offer value and demonstrate that to them, they would buy from you.

That's true. Every person has a liberty on who to patronize. Just let them know the products that you have and they might come to patronize some time. Don't stop telling them about your latest arrivals.
