It is easy to say that you would ignore rude clients. For me, I would prevent them from even coming around my business premises when once they show rudeness in the past.
Rude clients remain very difficult to handle, because here we need to sacrifice our ego. These rude customers act as we are their servant and if they came on our shop then we must leave all work and give them attention. I try my best to deal with them politely.
