How do you like your catfish?

I don't think I have eaten cat fish. I enjoy eating fish, in particular salmon, mackerel, tuna and some local fish. I like to have steamed fish. But for salmon, I prefer to have it grilled.

I love my catfish done as a pepper soup. It is so delicious to taste or I use it to cook okro soup.

I must say that I am not into eating catfish. In my country, most locals usually grilled them and add some local side dishes.

I tried it once, and we grilled it. It was okay, but I prefer other kinds of fish.

I like it boiled, fried, roasted and so on. I really do not mind how it was prepared or with what. The most important thing for me is that it is sweet.

I like fish and chips, I like my fish to be grilled and served with green salad. I like fish more than chicken or even lamb.

I recently saw a video of a fisher petting a catfish.. on his lap... outside of any body of water.
So from that I concluded that I like my catfish in a body of water so they can swim freely, preferably in my house so I can admire them

I prefer my catfish to be fried till it completely dries. And I take it with a chilled drink.

I love my catfish cooked with rice. There must be lots of chili pepper. I sometimes love it to be grilled.
