Quality service is the only honest, genuine and effective way to get positive feedback. Now a days, I have seen businesses involved in paid feedback and reviews, especially in case of online businesses. That might help your business in short term but it's bot going to be effective in long run. Consumers might fall for the paid feedback trap once, but not all the times. It will definitely backfire after some time.

Always make sure that you provide A-OK products or services to your customers. By doing so, you will receive positive feedback without even having to ask for it. Happy and satisfied customers will also spread the word about how great your product or service is.

With my business ( very small scale with very few patronage) I make sure that I give the best that consumers deserve. It should be a value for their money and even I should get my share of profit. Plus I am very honest with my consumers. I have people who have trusted time and again with their orders. I am always keen to get the feedback and improvise.

The most important thing is to provide value with the product and service you are selling.If the customers do not find value, they will rate negatively and it will cost you
