How do you manage your physical job and online work?

For me, i simply set a target for myself online. I do not have a specific time i come online or the amount of time i spend online. I just try my very best to reach my target.

As for me, I don't think that I manage them well because anytime that I work offline, even if it does not take much of my time, I will be tired to work online for that day.
