How do you prepare for life's challenges

Life challenges are inevitable and the one of the things we can do is to have the courage to face them.

That's right we need to know that challenges will come it is to hope that it is what will.build us and not deplete us

I was taught at a young age that life is very challenging. I had my mind made up before I stepped in to face the world.
