How do you relax on a very hot day

One of the days I feel very uncomfortable is in a very hot weather I go swimming to cool off how about you?

I am always facing at fans and aircon in the evening at aircon, but when I cannot withstand the hot temperature, I dive in deep sea.

I am trying to find most cooler part of room, most often halway and floor. Then I lay down there. Sometimes I try keep my head with some work so I don't think about warm weather and that feeling.

On warm day don't drink to much alcohol. Even I like cold beer, it will make me dehydrated. Same is for other carbonizated soda like Pepsi, Coca cola. Best is just water and not to cold.

I never drink liquor. I only drink water , lemon juice and pineapple juice chiled.

When the weather is extremely hot, I just stay home, turn on the air conditioner and listen to some music or read a book or some lifestyle magazines. Actually, I like swimming. But on hot days, the pools and beaches are packed with people.

It may sound cliche, but I love being here and there. It is way to make me calm and relax.

I take cold water bath ,on air conditioning and sleep then have some cold drink to clam down my brain all this can take care of my hot day.

On a sweltering hot day, I relax with a refreshing glass of iced tea or a revitalizing dip in a pool.

I can relate cold shower do help. At least you would be able to get self calm and refreshed
