I’m a big fan of to-do lists and that is why I try to make a list for each project and to also break down tasks into smaller and manageable chunks.

I am more old-school when it comes to this concern. A white board in a working area and plot the timeline to accomplish the tasks given for multiple projects.

This also helps a lot. One thing I do is set a time for all my tasks. If I do it that way, I’d know that I have one thing or the other to do at a particular time
