How do you typically get your tension out?

I am not always in a good condition if under stress. I need to release it into doing something. Typically, I just write everything and perhaps shared here and there. How do you handle your stress situation in life?

I am constantly stressed because I overthink a lot of things. What I usually do is take a short break. I go outside to get some fresh air.

I play with my pet kitty. It helps me stressed out. He is so playful cat.

When I am stressed out, I listen to music or play musical instruments. I sing sometimes. That helps to vent out my negative emotions. If the weather is nice, I may go out for a walk.

I usually relieve my tension when watching the funny videos on the YouTube or TikTok.

When I am stressed, I try to watch some movies, especially comic movies to let out the stress.

I watch movie or listen to a mellow music . I also dance while the music is playing.
