Will it be feasible to promote products by hosting a party?. In oder to qualify the invitee a personal invitation should be sent via email or messaging to make sure only targeted audience will come. This is ideal for product launching. It must be a theme party which shall focus on the benefit of the product.

I am not so sure if it is effective unless all the invited participants are well off. The first priority of the people this time is food. Also, others may come because of free food hehehe. But before the pandemic, I attended like that and everyone left the venue with the products they bought during the demo presentation.

It's important to qualify the guests. If they have no capacity then do not invite. It's alao important that both the husband and wife will attend because they can immediately make any decision.
That could be good, but I no longer heard about this kind of launching a product like in the past before the virus attacks the earth. There were many product presentations and I attended thrice. The products sold direct are cheaper.
We used to give this sort of party to our Doctors who were our customers in Gsk, as we were medical sales executives and we had to convince our customers by doing these types of activities as in these type of get together first we were reminding them about our products then we served them high-quality lunch.
Hosting a party to promote a product is not a bad idea. This is usually done for new products or even a company. It can be very effective depending on your well it is planned
I don't see it as a good marketing idea except on a very large scale. A company can do party for distributors and stakeholders about incoming products but that does not make it good marketing strategy. A good marketing strategy must be penetrative and have wide spread.
Hosting a party is a good way to promote your product, especially for luxury products. Usually, only the VIP members are invited. They are the target audience of the product. To boost sales, you may offer special gifts to the guests who patronize your product during the party.
Have they bought your products before the dismissal time? Was there a good result worth to repeat doing next time? I guessed so. They may be ashamed to ignore the products.
It is true that it's a form of marketing that is meant for the VIP and such product is always very expensive.

This is also know as creating awareness for your business. In most cases setting up a party, or even creating an event can be very helpful in terms of creating awareness for your business and getting the attention of your target audience.
