I can relate with that. I remember where i used to work, there was a day some work came in and our boss made us work till around 10pm in the nite when we where suppose to close 7pm. I was so tired i had to lie i was sick just so i can rest the next day.There was a place I had worked before and the organization had a program that caused us to close by 7pm instead of the normal 3pm closing. I had body pains the following day and I stayed away from work. That's a typical example of how employers can cause absenteeism.
