We have all these except annual appraisal. We cannot get increase yearly because we don't have that compensation package. How I wish they will here us.

Some companies do it here but it is rare.i have a friend that works in company, they do it there

I was referring to rewarding them with more leaves if they want as a way to reward them for being loyal
