How employers should compensate loyal workers

Like where i am currently working, they hardly do this, hence does who are not serious with their appointed work do not see any reason why they should put in any effort and they see does who are working hard like they do not know what they are doing.

Ooh that's not nice. Even if the company is not doing it, what is worth doing is worth doing well. They should just do their job well like the way they should do it

That's the problem in some businesses. Thus, employees has no choice. It's either have a job or not.

I know some companies that always think about the welfare of their workers and that is the best way to treat your workers because whatever affect them affects you too indirectly

Exactly. I have sure that every company knows the capacity of a worker and if truly you are working well for them, they will not let you go

As per labor code, employees should be given enough leaves like vacation leaves and sick leaves. Employees should be entitled to Christmas bonus just like what they practice here in the Philippines.

That's important but I don't think these companies promise anything like that to fulfill and just work as per their wishes.

Sick leave is very much important for employees. If there is no sick leave, they will still have to come to work when they are not feeling fine and they will be overused
