Yes it is a task that needs building and patient to be able to complete it . As the admin youu need to build trust, credibility and authority in your niche.

I don't think that it is easy to own a 0aid to post forum because there are some forum that started but not available any more. So owners of PTP forum are the ones to answer this question

yes it can be very profitible so far we only have very few PTP forums so if somebody would create one it would be popular and many peaple would join it

Owning a pay to post forum is not easy and you need to spend so much on it and yes it is profitable if you are able to earn enough revenue
