I like to take at least 3-4 cups of tea in a day.

For me, I usually have a cup of coffee or Hong Kong milk tea for during breakfast. I would also drink a cup of milk tea when I have afternoon snack.

I used to drink more than 3 cups of coffee with cream. Now, I just have two cups of black coffee without sugar in them. It is good to trigger body's metabolism.
