I usually spend 5 to 6 hours of sleep. My body is accustomed to it. I don't feel sleepy despite this.I like to sleep for at least 7 hours and if I can for 8 hours then it will be best.

Since I am working for three companies lately, my sleeping patterns change at random. But I try my best to sleep for at least 8 hours.I usually sleep for 6 to 8 hours per day. Sometimes it is less, especially when I stay up late and have to wake up early for errands.

For me, I need to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Since I usually wake up after five hours of sleep, I will still sleep after lunch to compensate the lack of sleep.On a normal day, I use to have at least 6 hours of sleep. On abnormal days which are few, I have less.
