The frequency of bathing varies from person to person and is influenced by individual preferences, cultural norms, and personal hygiene needs. While daily bathing is common in many Western cultures, in some cultures, people may bathe less frequently. The key is to maintain good personal hygiene and adapt your bathing frequency to your lifestyle, physical activity, and comfort. There is no fixed number of times one should bathe, as it depends on personal factors and cultural practices.
I do not have a bath only shower because my bathroom is very small so a bath can't fit and I shower every two days because then my hair gets hair damage if I shower every day
If it is not dry season, I usually take a bath once a day. If I am in a very hot place, I need to take a bath at least two or three times. Since I am living in a mountainous area of my country, I am used to cold weather.
