Lately I cooke one time per day and prepare more food. I keep it in cooler so I can have it for dinner and tomorrow for breakfast. Before I made two meals per day but that cost to much time.
It depends though, most times i usually eat just once a day, so i simply cook once in the morning and that's all. Or maybe within the day, then am good to go.
