How many times should salespeople have a meeting?

It depends for companies when do they need to conduct meetings with their salespeople. When I was a supervisor in a sales company before, I usually conduct meeting in the morning every Mondays. In this way, I cannot remind them what would be their target quotas for the week. For me, it is an effective way to let them have their commitments in sales.

It depends on them though, there is no specific law that says it has to be a particular Period of time. there are persons who hold meetings once a month or once in two months.

When I was working full time, we have sales meeting every Monday morning. Each salesperson has to report the progress of his/her sales work. It is also the opportunity to encourage and motivate sales staff.

I believe that sales people ought to meet regularly because the market is growing daily so we ought to change our strategies as sales people

Sales people should meet almost every three days to reorganize their priorities and organize their goals. It is a very sensitive department that has to be reviewing it's strategies often.

I think it depends on the company's needs, when to hold a meeting when there are important things that need to be discussed. Especially nowadays there are WhatsApp groups or the like, lots of people use groups to convey important things every day. So, even if you don't hold face-to-face meetings too often, it won't be a problem.

I believe that as long as the meeting is going to help you to be having good strategies to improve your daily sales, it is necessary.

this is a good strategy in my opinion because when managers have put confidence in their workers then they can expect the workers to give their best and that is the way to go about things actually
