How much do you charge per hour?

What is your asking rate for online jobs if the payment is based on hourly rate? My standard rate is $10 per hour. However, when I do not have any jobs at hands, I can also adjust with $5 per hour. These days instead of hourly rate, I work for task based rate. What about you?

In my experience, I have not been paid by the hour. As it depends on the amount of work I have been given, it is not fixed. There are times when I do not receive enough work.

It is very difficult to find an online gig that pays you for an hour. I had one years ago which was a social media handler for a corporate organisation.

For the online teaching rate, $5 to $10 is too high for the online tutorial companies to pay per hour. That is the reason why some virtual teachers need to find other jobs online to earn more.

For an easy task getting 10 to 15 dollars wouldn't be a bad idea but serious jobs would need me to charge about 30 dollars

Based on my current value, I would charge a person about $6 for an hour of online work. But who would pay you hourly for online work?

I don't have any work online that pays me on hourly basis. But yes, I am not a permanent employee in my offline job. I am paid on hourly basis. The school where I work pays me around 15 dollars per hour and I work for about 14 hours in a week. At home, I have my therapy sessions. I take 45 minutes one to one therapy session and I charge around 7 dollars for that.

I offer translation services. I do not charge on an hourly basis. I charge per word. Currently, I am charging $0.30 per word. If it's a big project, I may negotiate the price with client.

For me it's depend on the type of job if it's writing job I will charge base on the job format and how tough it is to complete because some writer always need quality contents

Well, i have not done any online job that requires me charging fees. I just work on get paid to platforms online where i am paid once i request for withdrawal.

If it is a mundane task, I would charge about $5. But a highly specialized task would be around $10 per hour.
