Well said, a business cannot succeed if you do not trust your employees or even does around you cause every business is built on trust. The more you trust them, the more jobs you can give to them to handle or take care of.

It's best to do the background check of the applicants. They must also submit their police clearance, NBI clearance and Fiscals clearance. Without these, it means the application is hiding his true identity.
