it is good to have good money for some businesses here in Nigeria now. it is becoming very difficult now to start a business as a lot of things have gone up now

This is for simple reason the inflation of neira compared to the price of dollar so the price of dollar is increasing each year and price of building products increases each year so it is wise get bank loan for starting a business rather than collect funds and be surprised by new price of metal of next year while if you get bank loan and purchase them last year then you will be winner.

I don't think it is necessary to have a computer for a call center because I think you only need your phone

And this is why I am just guessing that is a business will not cost you a lot of money because you only need your cell phone

Who would patronize that kind of business when everyone can afford a phone and can reasonably afford airtime to make calls. Truth is this business no longer exists. It has since gone into extinction.

The business is not so popular in my country that it cannot be profitable. This is because the mobile phones have become so popular and almost every person has got a an access to a phone over going for call centers.

You need millions once set up a call center. There are many things to prepare and the first salary for the employees must be prepared. You also need high definition computers and landline phones.

You are very right and it's not everyone that's going to happen I'm out of money to start up the business but it's a good one if the person has enough money to run the business

This is a highly needed business idea as call Center is a needed business option since all companies require a customer support to reach their customer so it needs huge amount

I don't have much idea on anything related to call centers but I don't believe that it cost much to start them.
But honestly speaking I feel like the profit is not worth the stress of operation

It is very rare for you to see someone who does not have a phone including young and old people so that kind of business is not lucrative anymore here

Some years ago it was actually a very good business which a lot of graduates who are unable to get job can easily start with at least a minimum of $200 but now our telecommunication companies have made it a business that is not paying much for people who are interested in doing it.

You need big money to set up a call center. From the space, the software and equipment, it is an expensive business to start up. I don't even think it is something that one person can conveniently set up.
