I think the amount it costs to establishing a couching class, depends on the country from where you intend to the couching. In my country it can cost you alot of money; about $500

I feel if we are skilled then we don't even need to rent another place for it and can start from home

It depends what to be taught for the students or professionals online. For example, a professional can pay at least $4 to 6$ to learn business English online. This can be charged per class with the student online. It is a good business if the investor would like to have this coaching business online.

I know of people that used to stay in rented home and started tutoring and at present they own a big house and also running coaching academy

The major thing that you would need for this business is the space you would use to hold the tutorials. You can liaise with a school to give you one of their classrooms for it and you pay a little thing.

Definitely, becoming a coach will actually not take thousands of Dollars from you because there are people that can start for extremely free. When they start making money they can expand.

There are various factors you need to consider that would determine the cost of starting such business. Do you plan on renting a space or do you already have one? How big of a scale is the business or do you simply want to go small? These are things you should consider.

I think it has to do with the kind of coaching class you want to start. By that, I mean the field. If your coaching class would need equipment, it would be more expensive to start.
