This is the same strategy I dadopt for any business I want to start. I do start it small knowing that if I make any mistske it will be small too. So I can move away quickly.

It's a good option and even if we experience losses and don't like to continue we can do that because the amount involved is not so much

For a veggie store, you need to have a big store. You need to have enough customer to see them otherwise they will get ruined. So you should focus that you buy the veggies as per the demand only.
