Oh well, you have worked hard, how interesting I find to see the price of your apartment which is € 19000, Croatia seems a good place to buy houses, in Spain for that price you can not find anything, here the cheapest and if you are lucky you find it for € 80000
It is small aprtment, one room with kitchen, small halway, bathroom and balcony. I got last train when prices were low. Also it is on 4th floor without elevator. Next big invest is 50m2 apartment.
