Some business people have grown so much in value that it is quite expensive to be an apprentice or intern to learn from them. I had someone call to come intern in my business. I told him I am charging $120 for one year training.

$120 per a year isn't bad to me it is fair enough. For me I would charge between $150-200 per year learning

I feel this depends on the duration he wants to learn with. The shorter the duration, the higher the money. I can accept $50 for three months

It actually boosts your reputation, but a lot of people usually take it for granted and that is why you need to charge sometimes

I think that would depend on multiple factors on your business. Interns don't have much money for me to charge them highly.

True. You have to give value to your skills by making people pay for you to impart. But those helpless people, you really would have to help them out.

Charging an intern very high is not a good thing. People can just charge their interns $70 because they are learning.

For me now and with my experience I would charge less so that the person can have a skill and never forget me

In my city, learning a skill for just six months would attract a fee from $100 upwards but I can take $60.

I just think that whatever it might be it should be affordable so thsy others can easily get their skills to help them earn money
