I tried my best to eat well-balanced diet. If I eat some meat, I need to balance it with vegetables or fruits. I cannot push my self to be a vegan on this matter.
I'm an omnivore, so non-vegetarian dishes are a regular part of my diet. While I don't eat meat at every meal, I'd estimate I consume it around 4-5 times per week.
I eat chicken after one day gap, as we need to take balance diet. Eating vegetables are no doubt much more healthy, but meat do have it's importance too.
