Offering of bonuses to your workouts is not something that should be done on daily basis because it is going to be adding extra expenses to your business.
In my perspective it is something that should be done on yearly basis. You can also do that on festive seasons or in every end of the year to appreciate your workers.

A company always consider the level of its profit before it will give incentives to their employees. If there is excess profit they will give their employees some incentives.
The level of your company's profits will determine how much bonus or incentive will be given to workers

Probably, that is actually how it works in a business venture. The more business expands the more people they employ and the more increment in salaries especially for old employees.

There are many people who would like to receive bonuses. I think that regardless of how an employee performs, an employee must get a bonus for serving the company no matter what. So, how often do you offer bonuses to employees as a business owner?
I am not a business owner but if I were, I would give my employees a bonus at least twice a year to show them that I appreciate their work.

Probably, that is actually how it works in a business venture. The more business expands the more people they employ and the more increment in salaries especially for old employees.
This is why it is sometimes good to be part of the first set of employees in a company so that you will gain some benefits

My last company was mineral Asia our management used to give us bonuses on yearly basis as well as On special occasions, so we were very happy with these bonuses same if I would be the owner of an organisation then I repeat the same.

I've never seen anyone that will never appreciate bonus is being given to them by the company because they are not actually being owed by the company but it's out of the company's goodness of the heart.

Yeah regardless of how an employee performs, the employee must get a bonus for serving the company whether high or low. So, business owner need to know and abide by this

This is exactly the way I say it because constantly giving up bonuses to your workers will only affect your business negatively when it comes to expenses.

Definitely, every business venture is always looking for ways to save cost. So giving bonuses constantly will only affect the business financially.

It depends on the kind of bonuses. If it is performance based bonuses, then as often as that employee reaches that milestone. Even if it is twice a day, I would give.
