How often do you seek advice

There is a popular saying that no man is an island. What this means is that there is always something new to learn from others, as a business owner how often do you seek advice form others with more experience in your field?
One way to grow is to constantly learn from does who have been where you are before or have some level of experience.

Lately I am seeking advices more and more often but only from people who I know they have enough or some experience. I don't ask people about somethig just to collect oppinion even I know they don't have knowledge about it.

I usually get advice from different forum websites that I am a part of. Also, I read business-related websites that give helpful tips on how to run/manage a business. It is good to seek advice from someone who has extensive experience, too.
