Avoid a fight with a co-worker that may lead to murder and assault. Workers must always maintain their good composure to avoid conflicts. It is also not good to read false news or statements for the worker might sue for moral defamation.
This one is very important. That's how a colleague in my former workplace beat up another colleague and wounded her. It became a criminal case instantly. We should learn to control our temper in the work place.
All these acts can have someone prosecuted. A smart worker would never do any of such.
Exactly, greed, once you are able to control this, you would be good to go, cause trust me temptation would come, but it is your level of discipline and self control that would help you scale through it.
Just do not do illegal stuff. Nobody can not make something you don't want. Read rules, work according to rules and you will not have problems. Sometimes is tempation see full regfister of cash and took something but simply don't.
This is why it is very important for you to run background checks on those you are going to hire to work for you in your business.
Yes it's very serious especially if you fight with a person who looks rude with a lot of tattoos and is agresive towards people you can be a murderer but you can also be a victim
True, but there are some cases where even after running background checks you might still end up with such an employee. Most of these persons who find themselves carrying such acts, its not that they have been doing it before, but in most cases it might be due to current condition or greed.

The truth is that some workers can get on the nerves of others. An that that can trigger fights. The best solution is creating a family atmosphere where workers are truly bonded. In that case, they would not fight.
They must be sent to a seminar workshop that deals how to get along with co workers. They must be trained how to be patient and how to stay away from a fight that may create a bad criminal record.
That's true, if you really want to get the best from your workers, the best thing to do would be to train them. Take time out to train them on how to behave and how to treat your customers as well.
If a worker have no criminal tendencies, it will be difficult to get involved in criminal activities. Once you approach your work with clean mind and focus, you will be out of trouble. Many people you see are just criminals but they are simply afraid of societal condemnation.
