Always focus on your work and don't be distracted by playing colleagues. Sleep as much as you can at night so that you would not be busy sleeping at work. Eat when you are hungry so you don't feel weak at work.

People working in factories needs to be mentally alert. They should not allowed their attentions to be drawn away by anything especially machine operators. That is why most companies made law banning their workers using mobile phones while at factories vicinity.
