Make sure that you concentrate on whatever you are doing in the workplace. Avoid the engagement of activities that would cause absent-mindedness to you. Make sure you follow whatever activities that is being done on the workplace.
I personally think that we need to have enough sleep as much as possible. In addition, we need to do some exercises and eat healthy food to be alert at all times.

I think you can always achieve it through following every bit in each activity that go through in the workplace. Avoid engagement in the activities that may drive away you concentration from the work like. Like Chatting with your phone.

The truth of the matter is that we cannot be mentally alert if we are not having enough rest. Most of us today do not take out enough time to rest, hence we are not at our best when working.

Even at work you should be mentally alert so that you can carry out your job with wokeness. So how can you achieve this

make sure to use all your senses to keep them awake

Avoid taking too many decisions at a time or in one day

Do remember to take a quick break every thirty minutes

Then, relax for minutes or take short power naps.

You should also try as much as possible to eliminate all possible destruction at your workplace especially with your smartphone.

To always be mentally alert means we have to take enough rest and refresh our selves. Most people just keep working a enough time to rest, and not giving the best mentally

One of the ways I become mentally alert at work is to stay away from toxic work environments. Because that's one of the things that most often cause mental disorders. Find a workplace that values your existence.

Same here I dislike toxic work environment it does no one any good so I stay away from toxic work environments to protect my sanity and stay mentally alert for my job
