Surveys and questionnaires play major roles in determining the status of products.
But it is pity, such practice is not common here in Nigeria. Through survey, you got to know if you are able to meet the customers expectations.

It is part of the process in the business sector in Nigeria because we are still a developing country and those things that are working for developed countries are not yet been appreciated by so many businesses in our country.

I think you should employ some robust measures and policies that would keep you in the position to know that your customers are not satisfied and what you need to do for you to satisfy them.

You have to acknowledge the validity of every expectation by all customers. Let them know the constraints that is keeping their expectations from being met. And let them know the efforts you are putting in to meet those expectations.

Conducting surveys from time to time is necessary. It is one of the most effective ways some businesses whether in the online space or offline space uses to know the opinion of the customers.
I agree with this. The results of the survey will reflect customers' experiences and others expectations. If a business will have this, for sure they can gauge how they can grow their customer base and customer satisfaction.

Probably, that is why big business ventures always carry out surveys from time to time. this is because it gives them the opportunity to know the opinion of their customers.

To deal with customers whose expectations are not met is to find the root of the problem, what part or what causes the expectations not being met, then after that offer the best solution from the company. If the customer can't work well together, just ignore it, let it be up to what he wants.

It's not easy to deal customers because of their unmet expectations. It's better to explain to the customer the real reason. If that person continues talking or bullying it's better to remove her or call the guard.
I agree with you. The customers' expectations are not that easy to meet at all times. But we can do something about it and try to meet them. That is how business works.

There are customers not easy to please, hard to deal and hard to get with. They're thinking they're always right forgetting that they owe much to the business for their needs and wants. It's best for the business owner to list down the possible need of the people to protect his business reputation.

You cannot meet the expectations of your customers if you do not know it in the first place. Take time out to find out the expectations of your customers and see how you can realize it.
