How to deal with monotony of work

Doing the same thing at the same time everyday can be monotony sometimes. Therefore it requires the implementation of different policies that can fix the problem.

I can try that but I don't know if I will be able to write 1 Article daily as it requires lot of time to think and write

I usually try to do new things in between my daily routine. In this manner, I would not feel bored and maintain my drive in working hard every day.

If I have no choice and have to do monotonous work, I'll take a break once in a while, and surf the internet or check out YouTube for interesting stuff.

Indeed, there are some work we do which are quite monotonous. But we sometimes have to accept this because we need to earn money. If I feel bored, I will take a break and listen to some music.

We should start taking regular breaks and these breaks can be as per our requirements and need not be longer

In such cases you will have to look for ways to spice things up. Like when it comes to posting on forums, there are times I do get bored. What I do most times is to watch movies while I post. It helps me a lot.

I seldom feel that way. If feel it, then I have to stretch my body and walk to and fro.

I believe taking the job one day at a time will help. Don't rush to finish it. you would become easily bored with it

I totally get it! Repetition can be draining. To combat boredom, I try to mix things up by taking breaks, switching tasks, or finding ways to make the task more engaging
