Another very popular investment scam that you should run from is the Ponzi Schemes where you meet scammers that promises high returns on your investment.

So how can you easily spot this investment scam
The scheme always have a
portfolio manager that promise investors high pay outs.

The payout money doesn't come from the manger but investment of others

They also urge the investors to bring new investors will promise of overtly high payout for them

The stop making payout for a while then disappear with all the investors money

Ever fall for this Investment scam?

One easy way to spot ponzi schemes is their offers. They tend to give out juicy offers that they claim you can earn within a very short period of time.

I feel the easiest way to spot these is through the investment return and most of the times the investment return offer by them is too good to be true

In ponzi schemes, once the flow of new investors dries up, the scheme collapses and many people lose their money. One way to spot it is by looking for red flags such as guaranteed high returns with little to no risk.

Ponzi schemes often promise investors unrealistically high returns on their investments without any explanation of how those returns will be generated.

Very big percentage of return, high rewarded refferal program. If you must bring other people in program to get your money back, then it is definitely scam system.

Ponzi schemes rely on new investors money to pay returns to earlier investors, creating a cycle of deception that eventually collapses when there aren't enough new investors to sustain it.

They will promise big rewards in a very short time that is not possible in any other popular and legit scheme and this way we can differentiate

The reality is that these promises are simply too good to be true. In a legitimate scheme, there's typically a clear explanation of how the returns are generated and why they are sustainable.
