You can fund any amount on Perfect Money, but they hae threshold for withdrawal. Once my BTC was locked on Perfect Money because I did not have enough amount for withdrawal. You need to be very careful.

Perfect money as a crypto wallet is not good. It has high withdrawal fees. I don't even like the interface, it is very messy. I think payeer is better than perfect money
